At a time when a new outlook is needed, and the desire for a new way of thinking and doing that embraces fundamental change is omnipresent, I have launched into a study on mutation.

I am interested by the transformation of body image, the idea that the body as we know it might disappear, and that when a caterpillar changes into a butterfly, it disintegrates into its elementary particles in order to recompose them in accordance with a different plan, a different architecture.

I am thus interested in the idea of the complete dissolution of the living being but also in the notion of a being produced from scratch. I am trying to create a metamorphosis that will go through several successive reincarnations and surprising rebirths. And this while also wondering what it is that constitutes a narrative, and what stories, tales and archetypal figures make up the founding myths of our interpretation of the body and world.
